1: Acceptance

1.1 Who we are. We are Oracle Girl LLC, a charitable business operating in the USA. These Terms of Use set out the conditions which apply when accessing this website (www.oraclegirl.org) and the content contained in it (the Oracle Girl Website).

1.2 Acknowledgement. By accessing the Oracle Girl Website, you are indicating that you acknowledge the contents of and accept these terms and conditions. That is, your use of the Oracle Girl Website constitutes agreement and the terms listed on this webpage are effective from your first engagement with the Oracle Girl Website.

1.3 Modification. These terms and conditions are subject to change by us at any time at our discretion. Your accessing of the Oracle Girl Website after such changes constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of those changes. The latest version of this webpage supersedes prior understandings. In certain circumstances Oracle Girl may, but need not, provide you with additional notice of such modifications, such as via email. Modifications will be effective 30 days following the "Updated" date or such other date as communicated in any other notice to you.

1.4 Continued use. Your continued use of the Oracle Girl Website, following any modifications to these Terms of Use, constitutes acceptance of those modifications. If any modification to these Terms of Use is not acceptable to you, you should cease accessing, browsing, signing up and otherwise using the Oracle Girl Website.

1.5 Personal use only. You agree to only use the Oracle Girl Website for non-commercial use in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the Oracle Girl Website, any part of it or any of the material contained in it for any purpose which is contrary to the laws of the USA, the EU (including its Member States) and/or the jurisdiction in which you are based.

1.6 Privacy. We hold information about you in accordance with our Privacy policy. By using the Oracle Girl Website, you consent to such processing and confirm that any data provided is accurate.

2: User responsibilities

2.1 Compliance with laws. You must adhere to all applicable local, national, and international laws while using the Oracle Girl Website.

2.2 Intellectual property respect. You are prohibited from infringing on any of Jacqueline's, the Oracle Girl Website’s or third parties’ copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights.

2.3 Acceptable conduct. Prohibited behaviours include harassment, spamming, false claims/accusations or engaging in illegal activities.

2.4 Account security. Anywhere account registration is required, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and all activities under your Personal account.

2.5 Content accuracy. You may be required to ensure that any data or information you submit is accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use it.

2.6 Your personal responsibility.

What you do and say - or don't - as a result of being in Jacqueline's spiritual presence is down to you, no one else. It's your job to live your own life.
Jacqueline's presence, words and actions function merely as a device or mirror - a report on what is purifying and leaving. They exist for you to decide what resonates and what action (if any) you wish to take as a result. Nothing she does, says or writes, including on the Oracle Girl Website, is therefore ever of the nature of "one absolute truth", a direct instruction, or telling you what to do, say or think.
Jacqueline is an individuated unique, dynamic aliveness - just like you. She is not enlightened or perfect. Jacqueline does not follow or conform to any particular set of spiritual actions, behaviours, traditions, teachings, practices, codes, or standards. If this is what you want, please disengage immediately and seek out a therapist, self-help or religious guru.
Jacqueline is not able to make you better. Sometimes you may feel worse around her. Any change in you occurs according to purity itself and what nature decides - not Jacqueline or you. Jacqueline does not know what will happen in her proximity and she has no control over the outcome. If you have difficulties of any type or are suicidal or self harming, you should seek a qualified practitioner immediately and any necessary support services.
Jacqueline is her own being. Her focus in life is purification. She does not represent any organisation; ideology, faction, political person or party; or particular view. If she mentions these things, it is from the perspective of what is currently being purified only.
It is your choice to view the Oracle Girl Website, participate in the purification space or join any Oracle Girl event. You don't have to. If you decide you don't like Jacqueline or what she does, please leave the Oracle Girl Website and the purification space immediately. We wish you well.

3: Donation terms

3.1 Oracle Girl is a business with a charitable purpose. It is a charitable for-profit entity which fundraises through community-based events and group activities to fulfil its charitable purpose and sustain the spiritual and societal impact of Jacqueline's work. Oracle Girl is not a non-profit charity.

3.2 There are no access or membership fees. All Oracle Girl community-based events and group activities are for fundraising towards fulfiling the Oracle Girl mission and its charitable purpose. There are no charges or payments for access attached to the purification space.

3.3 All donations are final. Any financial amount you give is entirely voluntary. You receive a donation receipt for every donation given. These can be viewed and downloaded in your Personal account.

3.4 All donations are non-refundable. There are no refunds for donations. In the rare, exceptional case where Oracle Girl decides to return a donation, this is not an obligation and it is made entirely at Oracle Girl's discretion.

3.5 No invoices or tax receipts. You are not making a purchase, ordering a product or receiving a service.

3.6 Donation use. All donations are used for fulfilling Oracle Girl's charitable purpose. In addition to fulfiling its charitable purpose, Oracle Girl gives a small number of philanthropic gifts per month from any surplus donations to external causes promoting nature, creativity and human dignity.

3.7 Oracle Girl Giving. Oracle Girl reserves the right to choose the external causes it wishes to give to and how much it gives to them. Any recipient is always primarily receiving a purification. You can find out who Oracle Girl gives to on the Oracle Girl Giving page.

4: Intellectual property

4.1 Ownership statement. The Oracle Girl Website, its content, code, logos, and design are the exclusive property of :Jacqueline-Fay: Hobbs. protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

4.2 Limited license. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and download content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

4.3 Prohibited actions. You are strictly prohibited from reproduction, redistribution, modification, or public display of content without prior written consent.

4.4 Third-party rights. Oracle Girl does not claim ownership of user-generated content (if applicable) and disclaims liability for third-party IP linked on the Oracle Girl Website.

4.5 Enforcement. Unauthorised use may result in legal action and Oracle Girl reserves the right to terminate access for violations.

4.6 Fair use. Included within these Terms of Use is your agreement to our Fair use & sharing statement.

5: Accessibility

Oracle Girl is committed to inclusivity. Accessibility is an ongoing process and we are constantly endeavouring to improve our user experience for people with disabilities. The Oracle Girl Website employs the following features to ensure it upholds WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 standards:

Text alternatives for non-text content: all meaningful images are rendered with descriptive alt attributes (WCAG 1.1.1. Non-text Content)
Decorative icon handling: icon glyphs inside interactive controls are marked so that screen readers announce the control's accessible name (WCAG 1.1.1, 4.1.2)
Semantic structure: pages use semantic HTML landmarks and a consident heading hierarchy (on static pages) (WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.6)
Form accessibility: form inputs have associated labels and validation errors (with ARIA attributes) (WCAG 1.3.1, 3.3.2)
Responsive reflow: content adapts to a viewport of 320 CSS pixels (with the upcoming exception for the explore page) without loss of information (WCAG 1.4.10)
Page language: the default language is declared on the root element of the page
Keyboard control and focus management: We use WAI-ARIA conformant primitives for dialogs, menus, popovers, tooltips, tabs and form controls (which include correct role assignment, focus management, keyboard interaction and state announcement) (WCAG 2.1.1, 4.1.2)
Time-based media alternatives: pre-recorded video and audio content is provided with synchronized captions that are also available for download (WCAG 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3)

6: AI use

6.1 General statement. Oracle Girl minimises its use of AI. Where AI is used at all, it is limited to a small number of narrow, clearly defined support tasks, and Oracle Girl builds and controls these integrations itself rather than relying on general third-party AI platforms.

6.2 Transparency and accountability. AI is not used to create original content, to make decisions about users, or to interact with users directly. A named member of the Oracle Girl Team is responsible for how these tools are set up and used, and their output is reviewed by a person before it is published or relied upon. Oracle Girl uses AI in only 2 ways:

to turn its own recorded audio and video into text; and
to translate its own written content into other languages.

6.3 Safety and robustness. AI-assisted output, meaning transcripts and translations, is checked by a person before use, so nothing reaches users without human oversight. These tools are used only for the specific purposes above, within the limits they are designed for, and are monitored to make sure they continue to work reliably.

6.4 Accessibility. Oracle Girl aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards for AI-assisted content, such as transcripts and captions, and for the interfaces that display them, so that the platform remains inclusive for users with disabilities.

6.5 Data privacy and ethics. AI services only ever process Oracle Girl's own produced content. No personal user data (such as account details, contact information, donation records, or private messages) is ever sent to any AI service. All handling of data complies with applicable privacy laws and with ethical principles for responsible AI use.

6.6 Vendor due diligence. Oracle Girl reviews any AI provider before using it, to understand how and where it processes data. Oracle Girl only uses these providers under commercial terms where its content is not used to train or fine-tune provider models, and configures its transcription requests to opt out of any provider model-improvement programme. Content sent to these providers is retained only for the limited period necessary to deliver and secure the service.

7: Disclaimer

7.1 General informational purposes only. The Oracle Girl Website does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

7.2 No attorney-client relationship. No attorney-client relationship or similar professional relationship is formed by accessing the Oracle Girl Website.

7.3 "As is" warranty disclaimer. Oracle Girl makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information and assumes no liability for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from its use.

7.4 Risk of reliance. Users assume all risks associated with their reliance on the Oracle Girl Website’s content and this includes limitations on liability for third-party links, external content, or the unavailability of the Oracle Girl Website.

8: Limitation of liability

8.1 Exclusion. Oracle Girl has no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from Oracle Girl Website use or inability to use the Oracle Girl Website.

8.2 Total monetary liability. This is capped to the amount either that you donated in the preceding 12 months or the fixed sum of 2000 USD.

8.3 Availability. Participation in Oracle Girl open access community events and activities is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, disclaiming any warranty that the site will be error-free, virus-free, or continuously available.

8.4 3rd party content. Oracle Girl is not liable for third-party content, user-generated material, or issues caused by external factors like internet service provider failures or device limitations.

8.5 Survival. Limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, covering contract, tort, and negligence claims, while acknowledging that liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence cannot be limited by law.

9: Termination

9.1 Effective duration. The agreement between Oracle Girl and the user begins when you access the Oracle Girl Website or accept terms. This remains in effect as long as you access and use the Oracle Girl Website.

9.2 Oracle Girl termination rights. Oracle Girl reserves the right to terminate access immediately, with or without notice or cause, particularly for abusive behaviour, legal violations, or at the company’s sole discretion.

9.3 User termination rights. You may close your Personal account or stop using the Oracle Girl Website at any time, by deleting your Personal account.

9.4 Survival clauses. The following provisions survive termination: limitation of liability, intellectual property ownership, warranty disclaimers, and governing law.

9.5 Post-termination consequences. Termination results in the forfeiture of account data and immediate cessation of all rights to use the Oracle Girl Website.
